Job Description: * This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. * The role is to handle the IT and Telecom business. * The role involves identifying new business opportunities, creating business plans, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients and OEM and negotiating skills. * The BDM will also be responsible for a new logo, hunting, farming & meeting sales targets. Preference: Candidate with 2 to 3 years of IT sales experience. Qualification: * Any Graduation with IT Sales and Telecom knowledge. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proven track record in sales and business development. * Experience to handle Corporate customers and a good understanding of telecom & IT solutions. * Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
